Basic Skills for Scaled Workouts

Cardio: Run, row, bike, or ski erg; jump rope (single unders)

Gymnastics: Jumping pull-ups, hanging knee raises

Capable of completing 2-3 workouts in one day.

Basic Skills for Rx’d Workouts

Cardio: Run, row, bike, or ski erg; jump rope (double unders)

Gymnastics: Pull-ups, muscle-ups (MU), handstand push-ups (HSPU), and more

Capable of completing 3-4 workouts in a single day.

Strength Requirements

Minimum weights will be prescribed for multiple reps during workouts. The movements listed above are just a guideline to give you a general sense of what to expect.

And remember—every Rx workout has a scaled version, so if you can’t complete it as prescribed, there’s always an option that suits your level.
